Process
How VORQON works
You describe physical-work context. VORQON returns structured operational guidance — numbered steps, record hints, and proof-oriented language. It does not replace your ledger or your judgment.
Input to next step
A straight line: no hidden autonomy, no pretend verification.
What you send
Plain-language situation, optional photo or file, optional role context. The model sees only what you provide for that turn.
What happens inside
Scoped prompts and safety ordering for physical work: de-escalation, documentation habits, escalation paths.
What you get
Structured reply: actions, what to record, and how that record helps — aligned to FM/security/housekeeping style problems.
What you do
You execute in the field and, when required, log or export through your record system — often DWERK for tenants.
VORQON also runs role-specific training sessions — quiz mode with scoring for housekeeping, security, supervisors, and technicians. Results are shareable as proof of readiness.
Available in English, Hindi, Hinglish, and Kannada.
What VORQON can analyse
Well supported
- Operational questions: coverage, handover, incidents, checklists, client phrasing.
- Attachments for observation: images, many PDFs, spreadsheets, text — interpreted as context, not legal fact.
- Role-aware tone via the workspace role picker (supervisor, FM, security, etc.).
Not verified here
- Attendance truth, GPS truth, or hash integrity — VORQON does not read your tenant DB.
- Whether a client invoice is “correct” in law or contract — it can point to what to pull, not rule.
- Real-time site telemetry or live CCTV — only what you describe or attach.
Where uncertainty shows up
When context is thin or safety-critical, answers bias toward escalation and explicit documentation — not confident guesses.
What to expect
You may see cautious wording, requests for a supervisor, or a reminder to capture time and names. That is intentional: operational intelligence should fail toward safety and auditability, not toward sounding sure.
How DWERK connects
VORQON may reference record types (exceptions, verified work exports) that your organisation maintains in DWERK. The boundary is strict: guidance here, proof there.
- Use VORQON to decide what to do next and how to phrase it.
- Use DWERK to create the durable, role-governed record your process requires.
