Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of VORQON at vorqon.io (including the /ask workspace). They are written for how the product actually works today — advisory intelligence for physical work, not a substitute record system.

Agreement
By using VORQON on vorqon.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
What VORQON is
- VORQON provides operational intelligence: structured guidance, wording, and checklists based on what you describe or attach in a session.
- VORQON is not your organisation's system of record. It does not replace governed proof, attendance verification, or contractual truth — those live in your processes and, where you use it, in DWERK as a separate product.
- The workspace at /ask is designed so you can try VORQON without a DWERK account. VORQON does not read your private DWERK tenant data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use VORQON for anything illegal, to harm people, or to evade safety or escalation obligations on site.
- Attempt to overwhelm, bypass, or abuse rate limits, fair-use rules, or security controls (including automated bulk use that degrades the service for others).
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service in ways that violate these terms or applicable law.
- Upload content you do not have the right to send, or that infringes others' rights.
We may suspend or restrict access for conduct that risks the service, users, or legal compliance. Fair-use and rate limits for the free workspace are summarised on Pricing.
Advisory nature — no guaranteed correctness
- Outputs are guidance only. They can be incomplete or wrong when context is thin.
- VORQON is not legal, regulatory, insurance, medical, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, approvals, and compliance with law and your procedures.
- If guidance conflicts with your site order, SOP, contract, or law — follow the higher authority and use human judgment.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you type, upload, and how you act on VORQON's suggestions. Field leadership, safety, and record-keeping remain yours. Sharing an output (for example by copy or WhatsApp) does not make it “official” without your organisation's own record workflow.
Uploads and content you provide
- You may attach images, documents, and text as supported by /ask. You confirm you have the rights needed to send that content for processing.
- Attachments are processed to answer your request. They are not a compliance sign-off or proof of site condition by themselves.
- We do not use the free workspace to build a shared image library from your uploads for unrelated purposes. How long server-side elements persist is described at a high level in our Privacy page — we do not overstate retention we cannot verify here.
Access, accounts, and fair use
Today, much of VORQON is available without a login. We apply fair use (including per-IP rate limits on a rolling window) so the service stays available. Numbers and behaviour are described on Pricing; we may adjust limits to protect reliability.
When paid accounts and checkout exist, additional terms for billing and entitlements will apply at purchase. Until then, self-serve paid purchase is not offered on vorqon.io.
Service changes and availability
We may change features, limits, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Unless you have a separate written agreement with us (for example enterprise terms), there is no uptime SLA on this site.
Intellectual property
VORQON branding, software, and materials on vorqon.io belong to us or our licensors. You keep your own content; you grant us only what is needed to operate the service (for example processing your prompts and attachments to generate responses).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwerk Systems Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of VORQON. For free use of the website workspace, our aggregate liability is limited to what is reasonable for a free advisory tool. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
DWERK
DWERK is a separate product for record, proof, and tenant operations. Its terms and privacy apply on dwerk.io. Using VORQON does not by itself create a DWERK contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
