VORQON
Privacy
This notice describes how VORQON on vorqon.io processes information when you use the site and the /ask workspace. It is specific to this product — not a generic policy borrowed from another surface.
Controller: Dwerk Systems Private Limited. Last updated: 10 April 2026. Contact: hello@dwerk.io. See also Terms of use.
Scope
This page applies to vorqon.io (including /ask, pricing, and other pages on this domain). It does not govern the DWERK tenant product on dwerk.io — that has its own notices.
What we process
- Prompts and messages you send in /ask, so we can generate a response.
- Files and images you attach, for the same purpose — interpreted for the active turn, not as a permanent library we market from.
- Technical data needed to run the site: for example network identifiers used for fair-use and rate limiting (described on Pricing), and standard server and diagnostic signals that help us keep the service secure and reliable.
- Waitlist: if you submit your email on vorqon.io, we process that address to contact you about paid plans when relevant. We do not sell your email.
Your device and browser
For the current /ask experience without a VORQON cloud account, conversation history and items you save are stored locally in your browser on that device. Clearing site data or using another device means that history does not automatically follow you.
If we introduce signed-in cloud history, we will describe what is stored, where, and for how long before you opt in.
Retention and what we do not promise
Content you send is transmitted to our systems to produce answers. We do not claim a specific long-term retention schedule for every server log or transient processing artifact on this page — that varies by infrastructure and abuse-prevention needs. We do not use the free /ask workspace to build a browsable shared photo repository of your uploads for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell your personal information as a product. We do not frame VORQON as a certified compliance or audit platform; privacy here means honest description, not theatre.
Sharing
We use service providers (for example hosting and AI inference) as needed to operate VORQON. They process data only to deliver the service, under appropriate obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. No web service can guarantee perfect security; use VORQON with that in mind, especially with sensitive attachments.
Your choices and rights
You can stop using the site, clear browser storage, or contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion where applicable law gives you those rights. For waitlist email, ask us to remove you from that list.
Children
VORQON is intended for adults in a work context. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when practices change materially. The “Last updated” date at the top will change.
DWERK
DWERK is separate: tenant records, proof, and governance live there under its own terms and privacy notices. VORQON on vorqon.io does not read your DWERK tenant database.
