Capabilities

Six capabilities describe what you can do in the workspace today. Each one has a boundary — so you do not mistake guidance for proof.

Capability list

Ask

Turn a messy field situation into a clear question and get structured guidance back — not a wall of generic text.

Examples

“Reliever is late — what do I do in the first fifteen minutes?”

“Client says hours are wrong — how do I respond without inventing numbers?”

BoundaryDoes not pull live attendance or billing data from your tenant systems. It works from what you describe and attach.
Analyze

Use a photo, PDF, sheet, or note as context. VORQON extracts operational meaning: hazards, gaps, what to log next.

Examples

Photo of a gate or equipment state → what to document before you leave the spot.

Short export or table snippet → what to verify before you argue with a client.

BoundaryAnalysis is advisory. It is not a compliance verdict, safety sign-off, or substitute for your organisation’s inspection regime.
Create

Draft checklists, handover bullets, manager-ready notes, and client-ready updates in operational language.

Examples

Night patrol checklist for a single-guard post.

Incident summary skeleton with time, parties, and follow-ups filled by you.

BoundaryCreates drafts you own. You must still execute in the field and record in DWERK (or your process) where proof is required.
Explain

Unpack DWERK-style concepts at the right altitude: verified work records, exceptions, what “proof” means in a dispute.

Examples

Why a hashed export matters when someone challenges a shift.

What belongs in an exception log vs what belongs in chat.

BoundaryExplains patterns and where to look in products — it does not authenticate you to a tenant console or read private data.
Share

Copy or share answers so supervisors and clients see the same structured story — after you have reviewed it.

Examples

Copy a numbered plan into WhatsApp or email.

Share a manager-ready tightening of a longer answer.

BoundarySharing does not change the advisory nature of the content. Your organisation’s record system still owns defensible truth.
Train

Test your knowledge on your role — housekeeping, security, supervisor, technician, or pantry support. Quiz mode with scoring and badges. Results shareable via WhatsApp.

Examples

Start from /ask with a quiz trigger (e.g. “Test me”).

Role-specific questions; share a score badge when your supervisor should see readiness.

BoundaryTraining scores are advisory signals of engagement — not a certified credential. Your organisation’s training and safety requirements still apply.
