Demos

Scenario demos

Five field-real situations. Each shows an example question and the shape of a VORQON reply — numbered actions, record hints, and proof-oriented lines. Open /ask for a live answer; wording will vary.

Scenarios

Supervisor · Coverage

Guard no-show at shift start

TodayFast messages, partial handover, easy to skip time-stamped steps the client later questions.
With VORQONA short sequence: confirm, cover, notify, document — with explicit “what to log” language.

Example question

“Guard no-show at 6am — what do I do in the first ten minutes?”

Example answer shape

  1. Call the assigned guard; if no answer in a few minutes, treat as confirmed no-show.
  2. Activate relief coverage per your site procedure; note who approved the temp access.
  3. Notify the client contact with time, name, and ETA — keep it factual.
  4. Log the no-show and your actions in your exception workflow.

Record in DWERK — Exception → No-show → guard, site, shift time (when your org uses DWERK).

Proof — A dated exception log is your evidence if attendance is disputed later.

Facility · Client comms

Client challenges hours

TodayYou argue from memory; the client pushes back without a shared artefact.
With VORQONGuidance points to what to pull, how to phrase it, and what not to invent.

Example question

“Client says billed hours are wrong for last week — how do I respond without guessing?”

Example answer shape

  1. Acknowledge the dispute and the exact date range they cite.
  2. Pull the verified attendance / work record for that window — do not estimate in the reply.
  3. Share the export you are allowed to share; note hashes only if your process uses them.
  4. Offer a correction path if data shows a gap; log the exchange.

Record in DWERK — Reports → Verified Work Record (or equivalent) for the disputed period.

Boundary — VORQON does not read your tenant DB; it tells you what to fetch and how to stand professionally.

Security · Gate

Unauthorized person at the gate

Example question

“Someone insists they are expected but not on my list — what is the calm sequence?”

Example answer shape

  1. Do not escalate physically; keep the person outside the controlled line.
  2. Radio supervisor or client contact; read back the name and company they claim.
  3. If still unverified, deny entry per site policy and log the attempt.
  4. Photograph or note vehicle/plate only if policy allows — no confrontation for “content”.

Record in DWERK — Incident log with time, gate, and supervisor notified.

Safety — When harm is possible, answers bias toward stop, distance, and supervisor call — not clever chat.

Housekeeping · Hazard

Unsafe condition on the floor

TodayA quick photo to the group chat with no consistent log trail.
With VORQONWhat to capture in the photo set, what to say to the supervisor, and what to log.

Example question

“I found a wet floor with no signage — what should I document before I move on?”

Example answer shape

  1. Secure or barricade if you can do so safely; otherwise stand off and call it in.
  2. Photo: wide context, close hazard, any missing signage, time on device noted.
  3. Message supervisor: location, hazard type, whether people are at risk right now.
  4. Submit task / exception per your mobile workflow.

Attachments — On /ask, images are interpreted for this turn; storage rules follow your product settings.

Finance · Defensibility

Board-level question on proof

Today“We billed it” without a single export everyone can point to.
With VORQONPlain language on what makes a work record defensible — still fetched from DWERK, not invented here.

Example question

“How do I explain verified work records to the board in one minute?”

Example answer shape

  1. State what was worked, when, and where — tied to system-generated entries, not spreadsheets alone.
  2. Show that exports carry integrity signals your process defines (e.g. hashes) and who can alter what.
  3. Separate “advice from VORQON” from “records from DWERK” — different jobs.

DWERK — Holds the export; VORQON helps you describe why it matters.
