Trust
Operational trust
VORQON is built to be clear about what it is: structured guidance for physical work. Trust comes from honest boundaries — not certificates on a landing page or fear-based claims.
North star vision → Separates what is available now from directional next steps and long-term intent — so nothing is mistaken for shipped product.
Advisory vs verified
Two different ideas. Mixing them up is how teams expect the wrong kind of proof from the right tool.
Advisory (VORQON)
- Interpretation of what you describe and attach, scoped to operational work.
- Numbered steps, record hints, escalation language — for people who still decide and act.
- Can be wrong when context is thin; designed to fail toward safety and documentation, not bravado.
Verified (your record system)
- What your organisation captures under policy: time, identity, approvals, exports.
- When you use DWERK, that layer includes tenant governance and integrity signals your process defines.
- VORQON does not replace that layer — it may tell you what to open and how to speak about it.
Where DWERK fits
DWERK is the system of record for organisations that adopt it: proof, roles, and exports that need to stand up to scrutiny. VORQON stays in the guidance lane.
- Use VORQON to clarify the next step and the wording.
- Use DWERK when the answer must be organisationally true — attendance, verified work, governed exceptions.
- Neither product removes the need for local procedure, training, and qualified review where the law requires it.
No blurring
We name the boundary on purpose. Marketing that collapses “AI said it” with “the ledger proves it” would break the DWERK / VORQON doctrine — so we do not do that here.
Boundaries we keep visible
- The public workspace does not read your tenant database — only what you type or attach in a turn is sent for interpretation.
- Attachments are analysed in context; they are not an automatic compliance verdict or safety sign-off.
- Outputs can be shared after human review; sharing does not make them “official” without your record workflow.
- Limits and fair-use for the public path are described on Pricing — not hidden behind hype.
Operational judgment stays yours
Field leaders carry liability and care duty. Software can compress time-to-clarity; it cannot replace presence, ethics, or authorised decision-makers.
Calm caution
If a suggestion here conflicts with your approved SOP, site order, or law — follow the higher authority. Treat VORQON as a sharp second opinion for wording and sequence, not as permission to skip escalation.
